Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026. These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed by a lawyer for your country before launch.

1. The service

D3D Market lets sellers present products and services in a 3D etalage and lets buyers contact them by holo audio call and messenger. We are a promotion and contact platform: sales happen directly between buyer and seller, and we are not a party to them.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older.
You choose a username and password. You receive a secret 12-word code. It is the only way to recover your account if you forget your password. We cannot reset it for you. Keep it offline and private.
You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Seller publishing access

Seller accounts receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, publishing access costs 5 USDC for each 30-day period. Payments are manual USDC transfers; the app does not charge a wallet automatically. If you pay before your trial ends, the 30-day paid period begins after the trial. To renew, make another payment before access expires. When access expires, your promotions are no longer live until a valid payment is confirmed.

Only send USDC on the network selected at checkout to the displayed receiving address. Blockchain transfers and network fees are generally irreversible; sending another token, using the wrong network, or sending to the wrong address can result in permanent loss. Never share a wallet password, recovery phrase, or private key with D3D Market.

4. Selling and buying with USDC

Sellers can turn on USDC payments for a product. The seller sets the USDC price, the shipping cost, the receiving wallet and network (BNB Chain BEP-20 or Ethereum ERC-20), the shipping method, the region it ships from and the estimated arrival time. Buyers pay the seller's wallet directly. D3D Market never receives, holds or forwards the money and cannot refund it.

We confirm an order only after its payment of at least the order total to the seller's wallet is found on the public blockchain. A transaction can pay one order only. Sellers are responsible for giving a wallet they control, shipping what they sold within the time they stated, and handling returns, refunds and disputes with the buyer. Buyers send only USDC on the network shown, from a wallet they control, and pay within 7 days of placing the order. Blockchain payments generally cannot be reversed.

5. What you may not publish or send

Illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, adult content, content that is hateful, violent or misleading, prices or claims you cannot honour, and anything that infringes other people's rights. Do not use the messenger or calls to spam, harass or defraud.

6. Moderation

Anyone can report a promotion. We may hide promotions or close accounts that break these terms. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted we cannot read them; we act on reports and on what is public.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You allow us to host and show it on the platform and in share links while it is published.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for transactions between users or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
